Here's what we Undertake and Guarantee:
If you have a confirmed appointment time, we will never keep you waiting longer than it take us to make you a nice cup of coffee, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you're completely comfortable. If we keep you waiting more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will immediately be entitled to 20% off whatever you spend that day.
You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. Your treatment room will always be prepared for you and you alone, with your name on your welcome plaque. If there is anything that displeases you about your treatment room, please let us know. It will never happen again.
Our premises are always spotlessly clean. Our towels are always freshly-laundered and smell nice. Our ‘tools of trade' are always the latest available, and sterilized to national standards before every treatment.
You will always be notified in advance of any changes we need to make to your treatment program, appointment times, or price alterations.
Our staff will always be clean, neatly-presented and well-groomed
In return, we expect and appreciate the following of you:
You are on time. If you are not on time, you understand that you may not be able to have your chosen treatment at that time, or that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your treatment.
You pay the agreed treatment costs. (Unless of course, under our Guarantee, you're making a formal complaint)
Please consider our therapists - and that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.
That you inquire in advance of your appointment time if you wish to bring a child or children into the salon.
All treatments are paid for in advance. By doing this you earn yourself free treatments and discounts on selected products.
You understand that if you miss an appointment or reschedule without giving us at least 24 hours notice, you may be liable to pay a fee of 100% of the treatment value. When you completed the consultation card the cancellation policies are stated in full. If you do NOT agree to the polices then we are unable to treat you and hope that you find a salon that meets your needs.
Any special offers, promotions or gift vouchers will have the full treatment cost applied if cancellation notice is not received 24 hours prior to the allocated appointment time.
So, enough for the formalities
